I would describe this project as an open-source-style approach offering exponential scalability, using mainstream web2 tools like Google and Gmail.

'Gateway' and 'golden mile' concepts come into play here, TTT, total transparency tools falling into  categories like 'head-slapping-obvious' and 'under-our-noses' and 'email-anyone?'

Basically? Rather than wasting time, money and resources on "the website", communities at all levels of internet access can partner to produce real-time, real-world, real-people transparency and accountability - all via email.
